Jim Conway

Jim Conway serves as the Sr. Program Director for the Ship and Air Integrated Warfare Division at General Dynamics Information Technology, leading a diverse team in support of the NAVAIR NAWC-AD’s Ship and Air C5ISR Support Services contract. Conway's career includes significant roles such as Project Manager for the Fire Scout project, Program Integrator for the Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program Office, and System Integration Team Leader for the F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office. Additional experience encompasses various leadership positions in naval aviation, including supervising personnel and managing critical operations in domestic and international settings. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and training at the United States Naval Test Pilot School.
