Robert Hoey

Robert Hoey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT governance, strategic planning, and systems engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of GCIO Strategy & Integration at General Dynamics Information Technology since March 2017, Robert has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director in IT Governance. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer at SMS Data Products Group, Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Senior Engineer at ManTech International Corporation. Robert began a career in information technology as a Systems Analyst at NEC America, INC. Academically, Robert holds a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Marist College.
