Norah Dougherty

Norah Dougherty has experience in providing technical support to end users, escalating and resolving service requests and tickets promptly. Norah has worked in various companies such as GDR Group, Inc., Bank of America, and iVenture Solutions in different IT support roles. Norah has assisted with network discovery, configuration, spam filter maintenance, and user workstation setups. Norah also has experience in Active Directory configuration, mailbox administration, and desktop/laptop malware removal. Additionally, Norah has worked as a Technology Assistant at Hendricks Day School, managing IT and office equipment for students, faculty, and staff. Norah completed their high school education in Music Performance at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
