Katrina Love

Katrina Love is a seasoned IT professional with over three decades of experience in technical support and systems consulting. Currently serving as a Senior IT Technician at GDST since June 2019, Katrina provides service and support for both internal and remote personnel, focusing on Windows 10 PC and laptop installations using SCCM. Prior to GDST, Katrina worked as an IT Support Engineer on a self-employed basis and served in various capacities at SBH UK & Ireland, primarily as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, where support covered computer equipment and Microsoft Dynamics AX programs. Earlier career roles included a Systems Consultant at Saga Holidays Ltd, enhancing marketing systems, and an Operator at Saphir Produce Ltd, performing backup and helpdesk tasks. Education includes O' Levels from Simon Langton Girls Grammar School and Spalding High School.
