Ashley Dozier

Ashley Dozier serves as the Director of the Office of the CEO at GE Aerospace since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Bain & Company from September 2014 to June 2023, including Associate Partner, Senior Manager, Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Ashley gained additional experience as a Market Development Associate at Illumina in 2016, focusing on go-to-market strategy and demand generation for NGS clinical applications. Early career experience includes an Associate Consultant Intern position at Bain & Company, supporting the CDC's Bioterrorism Response Lab with Booz Allen Hamilton, and serving as a Business Analyst at Emory University Orthopaedics and Spine Hospital. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
