Chris Bauer is an operations leader with extensive experience in the aviation and manufacturing sectors. They began their career as a Contract Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi from 2005 to 2007 and progressed to positions at Harco Manufacturing Group as a Manufacturing Engineer until 2011. After a brief tenure as an Assistant Manager Kaizen Engineer at Yamada North America in 2011, Chris joined GE Aviation, where they served as Lead Development Assembly Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer in various roles from 2014 to 2018. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, which they completed in 2004.
