Chris Gerding

Chris Gerding is currently the Value Stream Finance Leader at GE Aviation, overseeing financial operations for the Ceramic Matrix Composite and Polymer Matrix Composite factories, as well as three joint ventures. Previously, Chris held various roles at GE, including FP&A Manager for the Avionics division and North America Buy to Pay Leader at GE Global Operations, where they developed strategies and improved operational efficiency. Earlier experiences include financial management roles at GE Appliances, where Chris supported multiple manufacturing plants and led restructuring efforts in the supply chain. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Louisville.
