Deanna Burwell

Deanna Burwell, M.S., P.E. serves as the Process Technology Leader at GE Aerospace since 2017 and has taken on an instructional role at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, teaching courses in Chemical Engineering Design and Polymer Engineering. Prior experience includes owning ConductoTron LLC, working as Innovation Manager and Senior Research Scientist at GrafTech International, and serving as a chemical engineering consultant. Deanna's early career includes roles as a Process Engineer at HydroGen LLC, Staff Engineer at Det Norske Veritas, Development Engineer at Velocys, and Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University and the Universities Space Research Association. Deanna holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vanderbilt University.
