Gary Tafoya

Gary Tafoya is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software development management, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at GE Aerospace since January 2016. With a proven track record of leading global teams, implementing Agile practices, and enhancing productivity, Gary has spearheaded quality initiatives across various mission-critical applications for defense systems. Prior to GE Aerospace, Gary held key roles at General Electric, Autodesk, and Applicon, where leadership in quality assurance and the development of automated testing frameworks significantly improved software quality and delivery efficiency. Gary holds a BS in Computer Aided Design from Eastern Michigan University.
