Jennifer Murphy

Jennifer Murphy is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment, particularly within the aerospace and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Leader at GE Aerospace since April 2018, Jennifer has held various leadership positions in talent acquisition at GE and previously at Employer Flexible. Jennifer's career also includes key roles at Johnson Knight International, where expertise in the Energy & Natural Resources sector was developed, as well as consulting positions at Right Management and Manpower Professional. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston.
