Karla Blair

Karla Blair is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager - Accounting Operations at GE Aerospace since December 2018, Karla oversees the governance of the global buy-to-pay accounting function. Prior roles include leading process improvements in Accounts Receivable at GE Aviation and providing operational oversight in Accounts Payable at GE Global Operations. Karla has a strong background in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and expense management, having held various finance-related positions within GE Aviation and Microsoft. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wayne State University and has been actively involved in professional organizations, including NABA Greater Southern Ohio.
