Liam Richards

Liam Richards is an accomplished aerospace strategy, business development, and market intelligence senior manager with a robust background in the aerospace and defense sector. Currently, Liam serves as the Global Operating Co-Leader for the Pride Alliance Employee Resource Group at GE Aerospace, focusing on enhancing inclusivity for LGBTQIA+ employees. Previously, Liam held several impactful roles at GE Aviation, including special project mechanical engineering lead and operations management leadership, where they drove significant improvements in operational efficiency and strategic planning. Liam completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Systems Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Hertfordshire and has a proven track record of fostering talent through early career development programs.
