Liam Slate

Liam Slate is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and energy industries. Since August 2010, Liam has served as Division CFO for Electrical Power Systems at GE Aerospace, overseeing operations in the UK and North America. Previously, Liam held various leadership roles, including Board Director for UK entities and Finance Director for both Power Distribution & Controls and Integrated Systems within GE Aviation. Key accomplishments include leading the European Accounting Centre of Excellence and managing accounting transformation projects throughout Europe. Prior to GE, Liam gained valuable experience at EDF Energy as Finance Manager, Johnson Matthey as Group Accountant, and Deloitte as Assistant Manager in Audit. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick, awarded in 2002.
