Chief Transformation Officer at GE Aerospace

Philip Wickler has a distinguished work experience, primarily in the aviation industry. Philip currently holds the role of Chief Transformation Officer at GE Aerospace, a position they assumed in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at the same company from January 2021 to February 2023.

From January 2018 to January 2021, Wickler held the position of Senior Executive - Supply Chain at GE Aerospace, where they were responsible for various aspects of the global supply chain, including forecasting, demand management, planning, fulfillment, distribution, and logistics. Philip led a team of 700 employees and oversaw the implementation of an Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems.

Before their current roles, Wickler served as the Senior Executive for Commercial Engine Services at GE Aerospace from April 2014 to January 2018. In this capacity, they managed a multi-billion dollar global profit and loss (P&L) including commercial spare parts, component repair, and used part businesses. Philip also held key leadership positions in various GE Aviation engine programs and had responsibilities in strategy, business operations, and revenue sharing partnerships.

Prior to their time at GE Aerospace, Wickler worked at GE Lighting from 1995 to 2001. During this period, they served as a Plant Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, leading projects in variable cost productivity and promoting operational excellence. Philip also completed the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) at GE, where they gained experience in supervision, production control, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain strategy.

Philip Wickler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1990 and 1995. Later, between 2002 and 2004, they pursued and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Xavier University.
