Ryan McCaughey MEng is an experienced professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Boeing Customer Quality Leader at GE Aerospace since July 2015, where responsibilities include acting as the key quality focal on the product portfolio and interfacing between customer supplier quality and GE. Previously, Ryan held multiple leadership roles, such as Eurofighter Typhoon Customer Programme Leader, overseeing production management and risk assessment, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, leading a team of manufacturing engineers within the avionics business unit. Ryan's career also includes early experience as an Operations Management Leadership Programme Associate at Dowty Propellers and an EHS-focused Facilities Intern at GE Aerospace. Ryan earned a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Queen's University Belfast in 2015, following education at Rathmore Grammar School.
