Troy McLaughlin

Troy McLaughlin is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Value Process Engineer at GE Aviation since July 2018. McLaughlin has held various roles, including Lead Manufacturing Engineer and T700 Combustor Flow Leader, where responsibilities included managing production processes and material logistics. Key achievements include promoting a safety culture and leading quality process improvements through comprehensive investigations and reports. Prior experiences include engineering internships at GE Aviation and the Naval Air Warfare Center, focusing on quality engineering and manufacturing processes.
