Tyler Smith

Tyler Smith is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in aerospace and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Systems Assembly & Test Engineer at GE Aerospace, Tyler supports design efforts for F404 and F414 hot section components and has previously contributed to life management analysis and controls systems design within the Edison Engineering Development Program. Prior experience includes developing electrical power systems for naval applications at L3Harris Technologies and serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Pride Mobility Products Corporation, where Tyler designed and enhanced mechanical prototypes and collaborated across departments to ensure product effectiveness. Tyler also has foundational experience as a Physics Teaching Assistant and has been involved in various internships that provided a strong background in engineering principles and practices. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wilkes University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Boston University.
