Elizabeth Sirianni Koeninger has over 20 years of experience at GE Appliances, progressing through various engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Director of New Product Introduction Quality for Clothes Care, Elizabeth has demonstrated significant contributions, including achieving a 58% improvement in ASIS generation, leading to substantial cost savings. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Advanced Quality Engineering for both Clothes Care and Water Heater products, as well as roles focused on product return quality and process improvement. Elizabeth's foundational experience began at GE, where notable achievements included creating a Coin Cover Work Cell that resulted in significant overtime savings. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
