Ellie Pardue

Ellie Pardue is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in distribution warehouse operations and supply chain management at GE Appliances, a Haier company, since January 2016. In various roles, including Distribution Warehouse Operations Senior Manager and Senior Transportation Manager, Ellie has focused on integrating human capabilities into product and process designs for Lean Enterprises. Key responsibilities include driving Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) activities, developing labor estimations, and conducting factory simulations to optimize layouts. Prior to GE Appliances, Ellie gained valuable experience as a Barista at Starbucks, a Co-op at GE, and held engineering roles at 3M. Ellie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
