Genelle F. Cochran, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Genelle F. began their career in 2000 as an Environmental Engineer/Trainer at KY Natural Resources/Division for Air Quality. Genelle F. then worked as an Engineering Technical Associate/IT Support Administrator at KY Air National Guard from 2002-2003.

In 2003, Cochran joined Summit Energy Services, Inc. as a Sourcing Analyst, managing accounts for various regions. Genelle F. later served as an Energy Rates Analyst, ensuring that commercial and industrial clients were on the most cost-effective utility rates.

In 2009, Cochran joined Schneider Electric as a Client Energy Manager, collaborating with the Director of Client Energy Management to develop cohesive strategic energy plans for clients.

Currently, Cochran holds the role of Director, Product Management - Ventilation at GE Appliances, a Haier Company, where they lead a cross-functional team in executing a product strategy that drives growth and exceeds customer expectations.

Genelle F. Cochran, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisville, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science Engineering (BSMSE) from the University of Kentucky, graduating between 1993 and 1998.
