Melinda Cardwell, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and continuous improvement within GE Appliances, a Haier company, where since June 2016, Melinda has held various leadership roles including Director of Continuous Improvement, Logistics, and Director of Continuous Improvement & Strategy for Parts Micro-Enterprise. Cardwell has a proven track record in optimizing inventory flow, implementing Continuous Improvement strategies with Hoshin Kanri methodology, and driving operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.
