Paul Grubic

Paul Grubic has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at National American University as an Online Instructor and Resident Assistant. Paul then joined ASI, Inc. in 2001 as a Warranty Management Team Developer, responsible for managing call-taking and service contract management teams. In 2006, they became the Director of Finance & Estimations/IT Director at Schad Construction, where they analyzed financial reports and identified areas for improvement. From 2008 to 2011, Paul worked as the Corporate Controller & IT Director at KL Energy Corporation, preparing financial statements and assisting with SEC filings. In 2011, they became the President & CEO of Appacus, Inc., specializing in web applications development and consulting. Finally, they joined GE Appliances, a Haier company in 2012, first as the Director of Quality/Training/WFM and later as the Director of Owner Channel Operations, overseeing employee relations and operations. Overall, Paul has demonstrated expertise in finance, operations, training, and leadership throughout their career.

Paul Grubic obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & International Business from National American University in 2003. Paul also obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the same university in 2003. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GE, obtained in 2006.
