Rachael Schwartz

Rachael Schwartz serves as the Executive Director of Product Management and Digital Strategy Leader for Built-in Cooking at GE Appliances, overseeing the management of the built-in cooking business and leading product development initiatives. Concurrently, Rachael is a Venture Partner at StartFast Venture Accelerator, where support is provided to fund partners in sourcing and advising on pre-seed investments. Previous roles include Head of Business Strategy for Bose Corporation's Consumer Electronics Division, Vice President of Product Management at Keurig Green Mountain, and strategic consulting positions at ipCapital Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rachael holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Degree in Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania. Additional executive education was completed at Harvard Business School.
