Rick Hasselbeck has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Rick started their career at Lockheed Martin, where they held various positions including Project Manager and Process Engineer. Rick then worked at Robbins & Myers as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer. In 1996, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Brand Management Intern before progressing through various roles such as Assistant Brand Manager, Senior Assistant Brand Manager, and Brand Manager. At P&G, they played a key role in the growth and success of brands like Pantene, Pert, and Clairol. Rick also held leadership positions such as Global Marketing Director for Global Wella and Global Cosmetics. In 2007, they became the Marketing Director for the North America Salon Professional division. Following their time at P&G, they briefly worked at Coty as the SVP Transition. Since 2016, Rick has been with GE Appliances, initially serving as the Chief Marketing Officer before taking on the role of Chief Commercial Officer. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing global and regional sales, brand management, marketing, communications, and various other operations. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and commercial capabilities.
Rick Hasselbeck holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing & Operations Strategy at Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 1997.
