Arvind Paramasivan is a Lead Engineer at GE Power Conversion since July 2023, with significant prior experience as a Lead Engineer at Danfoss Drives from April 2015 to June 2023, focusing on the new product development of drive modules and enclosed drives, including cost estimation, design FMEA, and prototype testing.
