Ben Hotem

Ben Hotem, EIT, currently serves as a Hydraulic Engineer in Technical Tendering at GE Vernova since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ben worked at American Hydro from August 2019 to June 2025, progressing from a Hydraulic Engineering Co-op to Hydraulic Engineer II, where responsibilities included proposal and sales engineering, CFD analysis, and technical specifications interpretation. Earlier experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at American Hydro, a Product Development Engineering Internship at Graham Packaging, and an Account Representative position at First Financial Federal Credit Union of Maryland. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania, earned in 2020, and a high school diploma from Calvert Hall College High School, obtained in 2015.
