Brent Brunell is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience leading innovative teams in advanced manufacturing and technology development. Currently serving as Technology Director at GE Vernova since February 2025, Brunell oversees a global team of over 150 researchers focused on pioneering advancements in AI, robotics, and digital systems for the energy sector. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Technology at VulcanForms Inc. and various leadership positions at GE Global Research, where Brunell spearheaded initiatives in additive manufacturing, edge controls, and power electronics. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Brunell's expertise spans high-impact projects across multiple industries, including healthcare and aviation.
