Dan Murray

Dan Murray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operational excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Services Transformation at GE Vernova since 2025, Dan previously held the position of Senior Director for Global Customer Experience Product Management at Insulet Corporation from 2018 to 2024, where responsibilities included evolving customer experience strategies and executing growth-oriented roadmaps. Prior to Insulet, Dan was Vice President of Process Excellence at National Grid, leading organizational transformations towards value-stream based operations, and served as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Philadelphia Gas Works, overseeing customer affairs and operations.
