Aya Ariel Suchi

Aya Ariel Suchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program leadership and corporate strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Program Leader for Global Transformation at GE Vernova since May 2025, Aya drives operational initiatives alongside the Executive Leadership Team. Previous roles include Head of Strategic Corporate Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the President at Pagaya, where Aya was instrumental in aligning key initiatives with corporate strategy. With a strong foundation in business operations and strategy from positions at Kaltura and Rent The Runway, Aya has demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements. Aya’s career also includes significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Amazon, as well as military service in the Israel Defense Forces. Aya holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
