POSARAO GANISETTI is currently serving as a Customer Solutions Engineer in Grid Electrification Software at GE Vernova since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead for Grid Automation (SCADA-ADMS) at TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited from July 2021 to July 2023, and as a Grid Automation Engineer (SCADA-DMS) at Dongfang Electronics Co., Ltd. from August 2015 to July 2021, where substantial contributions were made to projects for the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board under the R-APDRP Scheme. Additionally, POSARAO worked as an Assistant Professor at Prasiddha College of Engineering and Technology for a brief period in 2014. Academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and two Master of Technology degrees in Power Electronics and Power Systems from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
