Shohei Hara

Shohei Hara is a Lead Sustaining Engineer at GE Vernova since April 2023, responsible for guiding a global team in the development and sustainability of fossil fuel and nuclear steam turbine control products, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Shohei served as a Lead Sustaining Engineer at Baker Hughes from June 2016 to April 2023, and as a Product Engineer at GE from March 2011 to June 2016, focusing on the lifecycle management of various electro-mechanical products. An earlier position as an HVAC Engineer at Micron Engineering involved designing systems for compliance with international codes across different facility types.
