Stephanie Porter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and sourcing within the energy sector, currently serving as the Refurbishment Production Sales and Inventory Leader at GE Vernova since March 2021. In this role, Stephanie leads the refurbishment team for GE Gas Turbines, managing operational sales and inventory plans to meet business objectives. Previously, Stephanie held several positions at GE Power, including Gas Rotor Fulfilment Leader, where leadership involved coordinating global teams for Gas Turbine rotor services, and Project Sourcing Leader, overseeing sourcing activities for various power services projects. Stephanie's career at GE began as an Operations Management Leadership Program Associate, progressing through multiple rotations that developed expertise in supply chain management. Stephanie’s early internships include quality and supply chain roles at GE and Allsteel, and an educational background in Industrial Engineering culminated in a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
