Geert Verstraeten

Geert Verstraeten has extensive work experience in the water technologies and solutions industry. Geert started their career in 1999 as the EMEA Sales Manager at IONICS. Later, they joined GE Water & Process Technologies in 1999 and held various sales leadership roles, including European Sales Leader and Global Sales and Marketing Director. In 2011, they became the EMEA Sales & Services Leader at GE Analytical Instruments. Verstraeten then joined Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions Analytical Instruments - Sievers Instruments in 2017 as the General Manager. Currently, they are the General Manager at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions.

Geert Verstraeten completed their education from 1986 to 1991 at HOGENT, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Chemistry.
