Armin Bönsch is currently the COO VP of Transformation & Finance at GEA Group, where they lead the Transformation Management Office and functional cost controlling for the COO organization. With 25 years of experience, Armin has developed strong execution capabilities and deep knowledge in finance and business transformation. Prior to GEA Group, they held various corporate transformation roles at Nokia from 2007 to 2020, acting as a global finance business partner and architect of a wide transformation methodology. Armin began their career at Siemens AG, where they worked in various finance and controlling roles from 1997 to 2007. They hold an MBA in Industrial Engineering and Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
