Kevin Ikeda

Kevin Ikeda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, engineering management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement at GEA Group since May 2022, Kevin drives strategic initiatives across multiple North American businesses utilizing methodologies such as X-matrix, OKRs, and Design Thinking. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Leader at OPW, where Kevin spearheaded transformative change initiatives, and Engineering Manager at SWEP, overseeing significant capital projects and process optimization. Kevin's background also includes process engineering at SWEP, where collaboration with international teams focused on production flow optimization, and an internship at Nestlé Research and Development. Kevin holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
