Tangui Coulouarn

Tangui Coulouarn is currently the Head of Development and International Engagement at DeiC. They serve as the eduVPN Product Manager at GÉANT and previously held positions as Project Manager at DTU - Technical University of Denmark and Product Owner at Dtu. Their academic background includes a PhD in Political Science from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Tangui has extensive teaching experience, having lectured at various universities, including the University of Copenhagen and the University of Versailles. They also worked as a consultant for UNI-C, coordinating national and EU projects.
