Caitlyn S. has an extensive work experience. Caitlyn began their career in 2010 as an Editor at Living Waters Review, where they moved from copyeditor to co-editor in chief. In 2011, they started working at Palm Beach Atlantic University as a Greek Language Tutor and Teaching Assistant, as well as a Writing Center Tutor. In 2013, they became a Recreational Specialist at The Breakers Palm Beach. In 2014, they were an Editorial & Social Media Assistant at Crazyhorse Literary Journal and a Graduate Assistant at College of Charleston. Caitlyn also worked as a Research and Editorial Assistant for Dr. Kathleen Anderson, copyediting and consulting on research/bibliographic material in a scholarly manuscript on Jane Austen's women. In 2015, Caitlyn S. returned to Gear Patrol, where they held the roles of Associate Editor, Audience Development, Social Media Coordinator, and Apprentice - Editorial and Social Media. Caitlyn also continued to write articles for Gear Patrol as a freelancer under their intern title. In 2018, they worked as an Associate Manager, eCommerce Audience Development at New York Magazine. Finally, in 2019, they were an Associate Director, Product and Marketing and a Product Manager, Growth at Gear Patrol, as well as a Consumer Marketing Manager.

Caitlyn S. has an extensive educational background. Caitlyn obtained a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the College of Charleston in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, Theology/Theological Studies from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013. In 2012, they completed a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford, focusing on English Literature (British and Commonwealth). In 2009, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology's Saturday Live Program, studying The Artistry of Accessories. Caitlyn S. also has several certifications, including Product Academy Fundamentals from McKinsey & Company (2022), Designing an Accessible User Experience from Deque Systems, Inc (2021), Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract from HarvardX (2021), Hearst Data University Privacy and Targeting from Hearst Magazines (2021), Performance Marketing from Hearst Magazines (2021), Hearst Data University Data Fundamentals from Hearst Magazines (2021), Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (2020), Notary Public Commission from the NYS Department of State (2021), and Google Analytics Certification from Google (2022).
