Erika Beale has a diverse range of work experience. Erika started their career as a Student Assistant for Hospitality in Gonzaga University's Ministry Office in 2016. Erika then worked as a Marketing Event Planning Intern for Spokane Hoopfest Association in 2017. Later that year, they became an Event Planning Intern for Inlander. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Marketing Coordinator for Bolt Marketing Group, followed by a role as a Marketing and Event Manager for Keller Williams Realty Professionals. In 2019, they joined Gear Up Sports, Inc. as an Account Manager. Additionally, Erika has also worked in the field of education, serving as an Assistant Residence Director and a Resident Assistant in Gonzaga University Housing and Residence Life, as well as a Daycamp Intern for Young Peoples Theater Project.
Erika Beale completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Gonzaga University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Jesuit High School in 2014.

Gear Up Sports is founded on the idea that managing youth sports organizations, particularly uniforms and apparel, didn't need to be so difficult or expensive. Their founders are parents, coaches and youth non-profit board members. Everything theydo at Gear Up Sports is designed to ease the burden on youth non-profit boards in dealing withuniforms and apparel.
