Rich Radford

Rich Radford has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich currently works as an investor at the Oregon Venture Fund since 2021.

Prior to that, from 2018 to present, Rich worked at Gear Up Sports, Inc. as the VP of Operations and Supply Chain. Rich was responsible for constructing an infrastructure to support production growth, implementing lean manufacturing methodologies, and improving order processing and fulfillment efficiency. Under their leadership, the operations team accommodated annual revenue growth and prepared for projected revenue increase. Rich implemented lean processes and improved workflows, resulting in a significant reduction in order fulfillment turnaround times.

Before their role at Gear Up Sports, Inc., from 2011 to 2018, Rich served as the Vice President of Operations at Indow. Rich oversaw a cross-functional operations team and successfully decreased cost of goods sold, increased gross profit margins, and optimized manufacturability through the implementation of lean production principles. Rich also played a key role in designing a web-based estimation and order management app and developed a cost-effective nationwide distribution model.

From 2008 to 2010, Rich worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management at ClearEdge Power. Rich managed supply chain operations, reduced material costs, and achieved ISO certifications while overseeing a 400% expansion of the team.

Lastly, from 2000 to 2008, Rich held several roles at Pacific Star Communications, Inc. (PacStar), including Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Logistics. Rich'scontributions included launching proprietary offerings, establishing import and export processes, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Rich Radford attended the University of Washington from 1986 to 1990. However, no information is available regarding the degree obtained or the field of study. Following that, they went on to attend Linfield University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Rich finished their education there in 1998.
