Rich Radford has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich currently works as an investor at the Oregon Venture Fund since 2021.

Prior to that, from 2018 to present, Rich worked at Gear Up Sports, Inc. as the VP of Operations and Supply Chain. Rich was responsible for constructing an infrastructure to support production growth, implementing lean manufacturing methodologies, and improving order processing and fulfillment efficiency. Lastly, from 2000 to 2008, Rich held several roles at Pacific Star Communications, Inc. (PacStar), including Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Logistics. Rich'scontributions included launching proprietary offerings, establishing import and export processes, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Rich Radford attended the University of Washington from 1986 to 1990. However, no information is available regarding the degree obtained or the field of study.
