Scott Rosenthal has a diverse work experience in both the healthcare and sports industries. Scott started their career in 2003 as the Assistant Dean of Finance-School of Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University. In this role, they contributed to the financial management of the School of Medicine until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to the position of Division Manager, Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, where they demonstrated their managerial skills until 2016. Subsequently, they became the Director of Finance and Administration for the Department of Pathology at the same institution, a role that they currently hold. Additionally, in 2009, Scott Rosenthal co-founded Gear Up Sports, Inc., where they were involved in the establishment and growth of the company.

Scott Rosenthal earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1988 to 1992. Scott then pursued further education and obtained an MBA from the University of Washington from 2007 to 2009.
