Matt Christopherson

Matt Christopherson is an experienced VFX artist currently serving as the Lead VFX Artist at Gearbox Entertainment. Previously, they held significant roles at various companies, including Striking Distance Studios and Skybound Entertainment, where they focused on building VFX systems for games. With a diverse background in technical art and animation, Matt has also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Cañada College and as the owner of HAPAMAKI Arts. They have an educational foundation in Japanese Language and Literature, along with ongoing studies in Visual Communication Design, Digital Animation, and Traditional 2D Animation at multiple institutions.
