Nicholas Benke started their work experience at GameStop in 2010 as a Game Advisor, where they provided assistance and advice to customers. Nicholas then worked as an ATEC LabTech at the University of Texas at Dallas, responsible for maintaining student labs and providing IT support. In 2014, they became a self-employed 3D Animation Independent Contractor. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an ATEC LabTech Manager, managing a team of technicians and providing client support. Nicholas also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas, teaching various game design and animation courses. Since 2018, they have been working at Gearbox Entertainment, starting as a Technical Design Animator and eventually progressing to the roles of Senior Technical Design Animator and Lead Technical Design Animator.
