Daniel Andrade de Chiaro

Daniel Andrade De Chiaro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Daniel worked at Gearbulk from 2011 to the present, where they started as the Chief Financial Officer - Brazil and later became the Chief Financial Officer for the entire company. In this role, they oversaw various departments such as Legal, Procurement, ESG, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning. Daniel also acted as the Branch Office Manager for one of Gearbulk's major branch offices, where they managed local corporate structure and led a comprehensive review of the business. Prior to Gearbulk, they worked at Grupo Orsa from 2004 to 2011, serving as the Corporate Manager - Holding and the Planning Manager. During this time, they were responsible for strategic planning, financial planning, business development, cost control, and organizational process development. Daniel started their career at Duratex as the Planning Coordinator from 1996 to 2004.

Daniel Andrade De Chiaro completed their bachelor's degree in Economics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the same university from 2000 to 2002. In 2003 to 2005, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing for an MBA in Marketing and Sales Administration. In 2014, they participated in the Pricing Excellence program at IMD, focusing on Execution Leadership in Lausanne.
