Sarah Jenkin-Kelly

Sarah Jenkin-Kelly is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently employed at Gearset since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah served as the Learning and Development Project Lead at the Wellcome Sanger Institute from August 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing a variety of organizational learning and development projects. Sarah's previous experience includes a significant leadership position as the Head of Learning and Organisational Development at Shelter UK, alongside roles as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager at activeNewham, and HR Advisor at Virgin Active. Sarah holds a BSc in Sport Science & Physiology from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Applied Sport Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and multiple CIPD qualifications in HR Management and Learning and Development.
