Mike Andrus has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike started their career at Tektronix in 1998 as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. In this role, they focused on achieving targets related to quality, delivery, and cost. Mike also played a key role in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions. In 2005, Mike advanced to the position of Engineering Manager at Tektronix. In this role, they led a team of engineers and technicians and successfully improved quality to customers by 60% over a span of 5 years. Mike also increased productivity, reduced inventory, and cut factory lead times using lean tools. Recently, in 2021, Mike joined gearUP Sports, Inc. as the Director of Production Operations.
