Scott Rosenthal has held various roles throughout their work experience. Scott started their career in 2003 at Oregon Health and Science University, where they worked as the Assistant Dean of Finance for the School of Medicine until 2013. Scott then served as the Division Manager for Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine until 2016. From 2016 to present, they have been the Director of Finance and Administration for the Department of Pathology at the same university. In addition to their work in the healthcare industry, Scott Rosenthal co-founded Gear Up Sports, Inc. in 2009.

Scott Rosenthal obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1988 to 1992. Scott then pursued further education at the University of Washington, receiving an MBA from 2007 to 2009.
