Dr. Kathrin Manthei

Dr. Kathrin Manthei currently holds the position of Abteilungsleitung Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement at GEBAG Duisburger Baugesellschaft mbH, a role started in March 2023. Previously, Dr. Manthei served as Professorin und Studiengangsleiterin BWL und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from September 2014 to February 2023. Prior to that, Dr. Manthei was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Cologne from February 2012 to September 2014. Dr. Manthei's earlier experience includes positions at Xella Building Materials, where roles ranged from Junior Market Research Manager to Senior Manager International Marketing between September 2006 and January 2012, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Cologne from April 2003 to August 2006. Dr. Manthei earned a Diploma in Economics from The University of Bonn, graduating in 2003, and completed Abitur at Staedtisches Gymnasium Broich in Muelheim an der Ruhr in 1999.
