Edgar Dolmanis

Edgar Dolmanis currently serves as the Group Sales and Operations Planning Manager and Group Supply Chain Controller at Gebauer & Griller, a position assumed in October 2023. Previously, Edgar held the role of Operations Director at Blue Shock Race from January 2022 to October 2023, managing all operational aspects of a €15m turnover company, overseeing a workforce of 50, and improving efficiency significantly. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Director, Supply Chain and Production at Schock Metallwerk GmbH, where Edgar led operations in a €30m turnover plant, improved manufacturing efficiency, and managed substantial budgets while reducing customer backlog and quality claims. Edgar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and International Relations from Coventry University and an LLB from Paris-Sud University.
