Jürgen Pristl

Jürgen Pristl has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jürgen began their career at Pall Corporation in 2004, where they worked as an Order Handling Specialist until 2006. Jürgen then transitioned to the role of Inside Technical Sales from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Jürgen joined Gebauer & Griller and held various positions within the company. Jürgen started as a Technical Assistant and worked until 2012 before becoming a Workforce Planning Specialist until 2015. During this time, they also served as the Head of PVC Compounding from 2015 to 2017 and as the Head of Performance Recording from 2017 to 2021. Jürgen then assumed the role of Head of Workforce Planning from 2015 to 2021.

Jürgen's most recent role at Gebauer & Griller is as an HR Business Partner, which they held from 2018 until the start of 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR - Plant Poysdorf at Gebauer & Griller.

Jürgen Pristl completed their education from 1998 to 2003 at HTL Hollabrunn, where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Administration - Green Belt certification from the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems in November 2022. In October 2021, they received an Internal Auditor Automotive IATF 16949:2016 certification from Quality Austria. Jürgen also obtained a How to Use LinkedIn Learning certification from LinkedIn in June 2021.
