Stefan G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Stefan worked at Gebauer & Griller as the Global Head of Department Strategic Product Management DC and the Head of Global Product Development Wires from October 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager Product Design and Business Development at Gebauer & Griller from April 2017 to October 2020.

Before joining Gebauer & Griller, Stefan worked at Swarovski Energy; Swareflex as the Vice President LED & Technical Glass and the Head of the Business Unit Automotive and Industrial Lighting. Stefan was responsible for business development, product development, sales, and strategic partnerships in the field of LED lighting and glass lenses.

Stefan also has experience working at Zumtobel/Tridonic as the Head of Technical Purchasing and as the Group Leader of Product Development Components and Light Engines. Additionally, they were employed at Continental Corporation Company as a Product Manager and Innovation Leader in the automotive lighting division, as a Project Leader and Group Leader for innovation projects, and as a System Engineer.

Furthermore, Stefan has worked as a University Assistant at Vienna University of Technology, where they focused on the development of GaAs superlattice quantum cascade lasers and circular (disk) lasers during their Ph.D. program.

Stefan then pursued an MBA degree in Economics from The Open University, which they completed in 2006.
